I don't read much Titans stuff, but I bet you do. Wouldn't Dr. Light be able to manipulate Sinestro's constructs, seeing as how they're made of light (visible spectrum)? Lia Nelson was able to do it to Ion's constructs, who's obviously Sinestro's superior in power.
Unless you factor in the boost he receives from the 'stache.
