Death note movie- who should play who

this is for anyone who likes/loves death note.

i heard that they are making a death note movie(american style) so i would like to know who do you think will play: light, misa, matsuda, L ect.

Unfortunately yes they are remaking Death Note, I like the three films but not classics in my eyes. At least the remake will hopefully have better cgi effects for the 'demons', terrible effects in the original films.

They need to come up with some very good casting for L, his character is extremely weird in mannerisms.

What's the bloody point of making a movie about Death Note? It won't translate well into a live action film, mark my words. Especially an American movie.

There are already three live action movies.

If the Japanese can turn it into a Live action movie can't see why Hollywood can't.

remaking movies would not get better unless its too hyped with advertisements.
