Oh I read the first two chapters. It's why I brought it up. I like it so far. Explains why Jagi is around and why he isn't that great at Hokuto Shinken and his hate of Ken.

Somebody posted scanlations at Hokuto no Gun. You can also get Souten no Ken.

No. Nobody has translated it, or provided scans (the latter just to my knowledge.) Hokuto no Gun is planning on working on Toki Gaiden when they get scans. Some bastard named Seiken has the ability to provide scans, but won't JUST because people want it.

Once they get it, they'll start translating it, so all we can do is be patient.
