Some characters hold the line better than others, and Mordin should NEVER hold the line. Which is hilarious in context if you are familiar with a certain Captain Kirrahe.

^Garrus is one of the funniest guys I know. When you're talking to Fade and Shepard says don't shoot him, he head butts him instead. "What, I didn't shoot him."

Plus the dialog between you and Mordin if you're fem shep and you want to get with Thane or Garrus is hilarious.

I forgot about that Neme, you should send Grutn to the ship, and take Mordin and Thane with you.

I always use Mordin to go with me, and have Grunt escort them back, everyone survives.

So I'm playing as a Paragon, and now have the option of blowing off 50k Palladium on the Med-bay upgrade to remove the scars, the scars I don't see at all. Do any new conversation options or anything at all special happen if I "remove" the "scars"? Or is it simply something for Renegade players?

Don't do it, the scars eventually go away on their own if you pick paragon answers. And if you're just plain evil, they get really deep, you can see Shepard's cybernetics and everything, plus he gets eyes that look like the Illusive's Man's, but they're red.

I don't think so. It's for people who want to be renegade but don't like the scars.

Exclusive for renegade players. When you're paragon you actually heal. When you're renegade you become the Governator.

Renegade Shepard looks really badass. Besides wasting 50k on the medbay isn't worth it. No matter what if you ask me. You're better off upgrading everything else.
