Well, Sentry, going as fast as he could (stated) took quite some time (shown) reinforcing a tower in one of the recent Hulk issues.
And Superman rebuilds a whole city in moments.
In all honesty, that's the same writer who had Superman say that he fllies across Galaxies at the speed of sound. Or Kyle scream 'Superman, save me!'. I bet he got lots of bullshit for making Superman far FTL in the Kyle issue or something, thus why he introduced the whole "I'm not fast enough to catch those bullets" or the first statement I posted.

Just like I said, fast as hell and philosophia people hate the character because they dont want him being more powerful or as powerful as "what people say" his copy (well sentry would be the copy).
People dont want to say it but its true (even though I think sentry is more powerful, even more powerful than classic thor.)
