Don't know Mikhail Rasputin. I don't think Jim Jaspers actually changed reality, just teleported himself and the Fury around. The Stranger, I believe, has had trouble with the Hulk, so he's likely far overrated. Odin sans Odinpower has bested Mephisto in Hell. I think it comes down to a battle between the Allfather and Surtur. I heard Surtur is weaker than Odin w/o the Sword of Twilight, but stronger with it. But overall I think Odin would win.
