M. Bison (McDonough) vs M. Bison (Juliá)

So the new Street Fighter flick was watchable after all (better than the Van Damme flick).

So the question is...which version of M. Bison can win in - what else - a street fight?

Is it the version played by Neal McDonough, or the 1994 version played by the late Raúl Juliá?

I thought Van Damme's street fighter totally owned the legend of Chun Li.
