Drax was a special case which these heroes don't have going for him. Galactus couldn't easily pierce his shields.

Thanos only uses circular shields to block blast. He never blocks physical assaults unless he's using his tech shield and has prep. That is the only time he has entire body shields. His shields won't be a problem to a team amped by flashe's speed.
