Yeah, He-Man wins. Sword > Fists.

I don't think the Hulk starts out strong enough. I think Adam can take him out quickly enough that Hulk wont have a chance. If it was WWH then it's a different story, but I think eventually He-Man would take him down.

I do not think absorbing radiation would be a stretch.

In "The Deep End," He-Man uses the Sword of Power to absorb the radiation from an unstable isotope.
