Is this Superboy-Prime at the height of his power? Even if it is, Q cannot be killed by hitting him or frying him with heat vision. He basically manipulates time and space at will. Curbstomp win for Q.

Not just time and space. he can kill and give back life. He also manipulates people's memories etc.
