Lex Corp vs Stark Industries

Lex luthor is suing tony stark for making millions off the jericho missile because the technology to build one of the nuclear jericho missiles is actually lex corp technology and luthor is taking stark to court to get all the money that stark has made off of the missiles. starks defense is that lex corp only used the technology only for the wrong reasons. stark enterprises is using it for good.

Well given their arguments apparently Murdock is the single least skilled lawyer in the history of the profession. Following the case he'll probably be disbarred for incompetence or breach of legal ethics. And when I say disbarred I mean fired out of a cannon.

First ethics don't play a role. If anything stark should take the argument of simultaneous development of conflicting patents. And work out a licensing agreement with luthor corps or xountersue for some other copy infringement that luthor may be doing to stark so that they settle out of court for a mutual use but no royalties agreement.

Second luthor wouldn't sue strak ashis vompany is inthe shitter and there's nothing to get. Osborn took Tonys shot remember? His board of directors disbanded. Tonys a mess right now.
