perhaps Logan can't get scratches on colossus...I wont deny that probability...and that would still be impressive as virtually nothing else would even scratch colossusbut it is common sense that logan lacks the strength to cut colossus. I can have a knife, but I can't cut through a tree without proper strength. and logan is way too weak to seriously threaten piotr.
At that same rate Logan shouldn't be cutting through most of the bricks he does... thing for instance.. this is nothing more than a baseless statement on your part, backed by speculation and real world logic which doesn't apply to comics... Not proof from everything you've posted so far.

I don't know about them, but I am leaving it open ended. In my personal opinion, I said I think he's resistant, not totally immune, and that's just my opinion. Hell, in the next issue Logan could gut him, I'm not sure. I'm just saying I don't believe he would, not that he cant.

fer crying out loud, thing could rip off his own hide...ya think colossus could rip off his skin
so once again, resorting to false analogies...bravo!
Just adding something, while Adamantium can cut through just about anything under the sun, it's ability to cut is hampered by the strength of the object you're trying to cut through, and your own strength.
Logan can cut through a log no problem, but a really thick door made of titanium, that will take some time. Colossus, I don't know.
Appreciate that Jinzin, and the Thing is a moving brick wall, a moving orange brick wall, with eyes.(No idea what I was thinking when I said that)
LOL, is Omnium even a real metal? I know Osmium is real, and Colossus metal is supposedly similar to a mix of osmium and carbon steel, but Omnium? That sounds like another failed attempt at adamantium.
And why does everything end in UM? Adamantium, Carbonadium, Virbranium, Promethium? Come on, be more creative.

From what I read, omnium is stronger than titanium, weaker than adamantium.

Nice strawmanning though.... I mean if you can't beat my argument you may as well take a whack at your own eh?

Wolverine's strength has never been a factor in failing to cut anything.... not since his fight with warbird which was still in the first year of Wolverine's career when he couldn't cut through rock or steel. Since then his claws have been stated multiple times as able to cut through anything, at no point has Wolverine made any statement about failing to ccut something/someone because of a failure of strength. That's just a "common sense" fabrication propagated by the forum.

so then what the hell was the point of bringing up thing? cuz I certainly never claimed that logan couldn't cut thing.you're the one strawmanning buddy
You said it's common sense that Wolverine lacks the strength to cut through Colussus which you think means you don't have to prove your case. Yet if that were true Wolverine would fail to cut a lot of people he "shouldn't" "THING FOR INSTANCE'.... it's a point that discredits your argument based on presumed "common sense" instead of proof within a fictional environment where common sense goes flying out the window every damned day.

thing is nowhere near colossus in that category and hence you bringing him up was quite pointless

You mean "SNIKT" panel? IMO the claws just casted the shadow. I was talking about the slivers scattered everywhere when Rogue entered.
