Forgotten zombie movie

I was wondering if anyone can help me out with a movie that i can't seem to remember his name.
The only thing i can remember is the main caracters running from zombies in to some kind of warehouse that was surrounded by an electric fence, there's was a woman there that has problems with the generator powering the electric fence.
That's all i can remember...

Yeah, all i got is return of the living dead. I remember an electric fence at then end.

Sorry but Return of the living dead has an electric power station at the end and that's not a movie i can forget being a classic and everything...
And is not Day of the dead...
From what i can remember this movie is not that old, it may be in the 90's...
