Marvel and DC UFC

This goes like a normal UFC competition back in the day where they each fight each other in sudden death elimination matches. Winner gets some rest then proceeds to the next fight, taking on the winner from the another match til only 1 person remains.

No weapons/gadgets/etc. all they got are basic UFC fighter gear. open hand Gloves, and tights. No powers (if any) are allowed.

It is til KO or submission only. No killing.

They're not allowed to use lethal force or techniques that would cause lethal/permanent damage.

Fight occurs in an octagon much like the one from the UFC.

Theres 30 mins rest after every match.

Matchups are as follows:

Match 1

Black Panther
vs.
Batman

Match 2

Punisher
vs.
Conan the barbarian

Match 3

Captain America
vs.
Nightwing

Match 4

Daredevil (can use his senses to "see"😉
vs
Black Canary

Well IMO, it should go like this:

Match 1- Batman wins! Easily with minor bruises.
Match 2- Conan wins! But is pretty beat up.
Match 3- Cap wins! Easily.
Match 4- DD wins! Sustains a few injuries.

Next round:

Batman vs. Conan- BM wins with a few minor bruises. Conan was pretty tired and had several injuries slowing him down.
DD vs Cap- Cap Wins but is pretty beat up.

Finals:

It comes down to a pretty beat up Cap with a bruised Batman.

Batman takes it with the smallest of margins...

Who wins at the end?

Batman - throughly messed up but wins.

Punisher - Very messed up but wins due to actualy fighting skill. Skill beats brawn in UFC 99% of the time.

Captain - Might get a few bruises (imo he still physically superior to everyone here so it's not really fair)

Daredevil - Gets beat up a little but okay

Batman struggles with punisher due to the state that he is in but might clench a win.

Captain gets a beating from DD but wins

Cap destroys Batman in his current state. Cap heals alot faster and has unlimited stamina. So Tourney goes to Cap.
