Galactus VS Mephisto

Galactus is and stays sated.

1. Fight is in Hell.
2. Not in Hell.

No heralds, minions, power-ups or prep. They once fought before but it didn't end in a victory in combat. Who wins if they must fight it out and Galactus can't just absorb Hell or something?

In Hell, Mephisto is basically omnipotent, although Galactus is still a beast, I don't know who takes this one.

Galactus. The very fact that he could just sidestep the battle and stomp Mephisto by absorbing his entire realm says it all even if that tactic is not allowed here. And that was during the era when they were presenting Mephisto as being able to stomp the gods. And you've got Galactus fully sated and stays fully sated. Galactus easily.
