If you need game proof that a lightsaber wont destroy a magic weapon or shield, look to Soul Caliber 4. But, there is a book (which I cant remember the name of, unfortunately) that has Luke fighting a monster with a reflective body and the lightsaber would not work against it.

Link has immense strength thanks to the Golden Gauntlets. That strength is easily enought to kill with your bare hands.
The Master Sword and the Triforce of Courage prevent TK of any kind (Bongo Bongo). Therefore, the Force will have no effect.
