Spider-Man is not more agile than Tai Lung, you obviously haven't seen Kung-Fu Panda. And he is not more durable. Tai Lung got hit to the ground so hard it left a crater, and then he didn't get up because Po was on top of him. Spider-Man was nearly unconscious when Sand Man was hitting him and couldn't even dent the cab roof. Plus in close range, Tai Lung has claws, strength, and all of his techniques.
And technically...yes...Tai Lung is a beast....A snow leapord to be exact.

I have a 7-year old, so I've probably seen the movie more than you have.
Spider-Man also was able to get thrown through a brick wall, have a bomb go off in his face at point blank range, plus get pummeled by the Goblin who was powerful enough to punch through walls, and still beat Goblin enough to make him beg for mercy.
Nearly unconscious when Sand Man was hitting him? Sand Man can solidify himself, so Spider-Man was basically getting knocked around by giant fists of stone. That would hurt a hell of a lot more than taking an ass-whooping from a tubby panda.
