I mean that saying that X can beat Y by "snapping his neck" requires evidence to prove that X is strong enough and that Y is dumb enough to just stand there.

Only Palpatine and Nihilus can conclusively be said to be more powerful than him, with Vader and Caedus being the next obvious contenders. All of them would crush Mace.
