Decent fight but I gotta hand it to Nero.

But yeah, Nero obliterates Cloud, from what I saw, Nero can squish him.. Kinda unfair, worst thing Cloud ever fought was Seph.

now cloud is dealing with guy who has a jazz hand.

Nero with ease probably.

Nero just has to grab Cloud with the devil bringer and start poundin' away. Nero wins.
