Well, Surfer is capable of amping himself to levels that can't be determined.
And he can also draw from the PC to regenerate any damage indefinitely. He could also alter his size and mass, raise and maintain his body armor, or could possibly even intensify the amount of kryptonite present near Supes, or even encase him in it.....I'm not sure that he would need to "go all out" in this situation to simply survive.

No way in hell supes is even touching thanos. Sundipped or not. Thanos has beaten WM thor and thor with the gem. supes might make it to thanos with a sundip but no further he has zero chance of clearing it. Killing Juggs even sundipped i still find that hard to imagine. He can beat him but to kill him i doubt it.

sundipped supes is the same supes just physically stronger. thanos has standed up to Odin himself. No version of supes is doing that minus mabey CA supes. Superman gains no new abilities. He gains no new attributes. Another words he gains nothing but increased strength and speed. NOw if thanos decides to duke it out with supes its all over. But this is not going to happen and we know this.
Sundip him for a month it doesnt matter. In juggs bio it says he's impervious to physical harm. It says his only weakness is magic possessed by the upper echelon of mystics and psyionics. He got hit with Thors God Force blast thing and it didn't phase him. If they're stuck together and it's a fight to the death it doesn't matter how strong superman is. Physical blows don't hurt Juggernaut. And he has a magical forecfield and can regenerate from a skeleton. He also doesn't need sleep. Superman will eventually pass out from exhaustion and which point juggernaut kills him
I know he cant beat juggs, it has already been stated that cytorrak blessed Cain with unlimited durability and Unlimited strength. There is no way that superman could put down someone who could possibly be stronger than him and who durability cant be breached.
Juggs can lay down and let superman pound on him all day with not a scratch. I was just asking a general question backed by no proof
