3. He displays speed faster than anyone in MK. And he is stated to be fast enough to effortlessly dodge bullets. Not more durable? He takes punches from Gouki, who hits harder than the combined force of everyone in MK's punches combined.

Liu Kang is anything far lower than Goku.
