Destiny Cruise Line Role Play

((Since we will start off with the ship uninfected, it will give everyone time to get settled into their role. Oh, and there is nothing wrong if you get tired of your character and want to make a new one.))

Jacob opened his eyes to the luxurious canopy bed that he had fallen asleep on the that night, or morning. His head was pounding with a hangover, which did not take long for him to blame on the late night party. A quick fall from the bed forced him to sober up. Slowly regaining his footing and walking to the bathroom, he bent over the sink and ran water into his hand, washing his face. Looking in the mirror, he noticed the BlackWater paw print on his shirt, and felt ashamed for the manner he had exhibited last night. "I should have handled that better...."

After sprawling around the bed for a few hours reluctant to wake up Sam's eyelids finally opened. "Good night. up 1 grand in the casino" he said to himself in a cheery mood. After his shower Sam began his morning workout routine. Some pull-ups. Sit-ups. Jumping jacks. and what ever quick calisthenic he could throw in the mix. After his ritual was completed he sat down and had a cool glass of OJ. Few sips in he pulled out his wallet and sat it standing up on the table revealing a photo of his pregnant wife. "Wish you were here"

Throwing on some clothes, and reluctantly pulling on the body armor, he picked up his fake pistol and put it in it's holster. "Why did I sign on to be a body guard?...." With a sigh, he swiftly made his way down the hall, taking a right and walking onto the main deck. People were all around, partying and having the times of their lives. A young woman approached Jacob and scowled. "You were supposed to be up an hour ago!" she shrieked, in a very shrill tone. "I'll tell my daddy, and you won't get paid!" In a pained, and tired voice, he submitted and let out a deep breath. "What can I do to shut you up!?" She pouted and stomped her right foot down. "That's not how you are supposed to say it!!" With a growl, Jacob gritted his teeth and then slowly spoke. "Your Highness, how might I be of service to you?" She smiled wide and grabbed his arm. "That's much better! Now, you're going to escort me to the fanciest restaurant here! And you will watch over me and my date while we eat, go it?" Jacob broke free of her arm and put his hands behind his head, only replying to her with a shrug.

Sam folded the wallet and slid it in his back pocket. He grabbed his key and left his lodging. After locking up he started down the hall onto the main deck. He looked up to the sky and smiled. Sam reached into his pocket trying to find his pamphlet with the map on it. After checking his back pocket his wallet fell onto the middle of the deck unaware to him. He started to walk away whilst his wallet laid flat on the ground with his badge and ID in it it.

He didn't wander far but to a nearby soda machine. Even after his tall glass of orange juice he was still thirsty. Sam reached into his back pocket to find his wallet, but to his dismay he could not find it. He tried his pocket a few more times but no luck. "Hopefully no one picked it up"

Jake walked forward, hands still behind his back and waiting for the annoyance to follow along. Suddenly, she let out and ear-splitting scream, which in turn caused Jacob to spin around, almost launching another man off of the ship's deck. "I found a wallet!" she exclaimed in her overly annoying, shrill voice. She bent over to pick it up, and see if any money was inside, before Jacob grabbed it and looked at the owner. "We're returning this to the rightful owner." Her eyes squinted and she stamped her foot. "I'm calling my daddy!" She pulled out her phone and began to dial, but was cut off by Jacob grabbing the phone and throwing into the water.

Sam whispered obscenities to himself as he crouched on the floor looking for his precious wallet. Sure it had his badge, ID , Credit cards, and cash but it had the only picture he had left of his wife and that was worth a lot more than any of the other items. Sam kept searching and heard a loud shriek of whining. He looked around and noticed it had radiated from a woman. Sam made his way to the girl and noticed she had what looked to be his wallet in her hands, but it was quickly swiped away from a man whom looked to be her guardian of sorts. "Excuse me you two. but I think you found my wallet."

~Boring. Playing the same thing over and over in the same place in the boat. She didnt know why they wouldnt let her play what she and her boys wanted but hey, She was getting paid good money to be on this cruise and play. There was a ringing phone and she answered it.~ Hello? ~There seemed to be an annoyed voice on the phone. She let out a sigh and began speaking in Japanese. After awhile she finally got off the phone and put it into her pocket. A guy with drum sticks walked up~ "Your dad again?" ~She nodded.~ Yeah. He gets a little pissy when I dont talk to him in "Our Language" as he calls it. Says I should never forget my hertiage. He knows I hang out with Grandpa and he knows what we go through but I.... ~She paused and then smiled~ Never mind. LEts just get out there. First show of the day boys with 9 more afterwards. ~All the guys made a weak cheer. They got into positons. She held up her guitar at the ready, a blonde dude was at the drumbs, a red haired guy at the mic, and another red head who looked just like the guy at the mic was on bass. There was a voice on the speaker.~ "Now give a big hand for our band, Devin, And The Angels!!" ~The woman on the main guitar sighed. She hated the name. But she had the skill and needed the money. They all began to play a smooth melody for the morning meal many were having.~

Wei walked around the ship deck taking in the nice ocean water and air, he smiled as the wind blew gently through his dreads. He had took his sunglasses off and wiped the lens against he shirt and walked over to the railing to look down at the sea. It was nice and he didn't have another show till the evening so he figured he should just relax. His phone rang and he quickly answered "ello...yea I know...Yea We already got it covered...ok See ya" he hung it up and sighed, it was one of the others calling about the exhibation fight they were supposed to have later for show. He got of the railing as he put his phone in his pocket and continued to walk around.

~It was only one song. The same song. It was only 4 minutes long. It wasnt even the bands style of music. The band set their gear down.~ Hey guys, im going to catch some sun before the next show. ~The singer shrugged.~ "Dont be late" ~Like he was the boss or something.... technically he was. The woman made her way to the back of the ship and leaned on the railing. She was in a long skirt and a bikini top. Her short light brown hair blowing in the morning breeze.~ God... why did I even take this gig? Its so... so...

Wei contiuned to walk around the the ship, he was walking past a woman he was looking over the railing in much the same way he was earlier. He slowed down as he neared here "I assume another person who finds this rather boring?" he said as he got near her then chuckled and continued to walk past.

~She turned her head to the side a bit and smirked.~ Boring? Nah. I dont think thats the right word. Repetitive is more like it. Try playing the same song every time that stupid curtain opens. Its not even metal. Some stupid.. oh sorry.. Im ranting. ~She gave an embarrassed smile.~ So why are you bored? If you dont mind me asking.

He stopped and shrugged "Hired to coreograph fight demostrations for entertainment. While it sounds fun and ussaully is this people only want to see the high kicking flashy stuff of old hong kong films. I bring quilty work and offer real stuff and they make me put on a simple circus show. And everyone here are basically the stuck up rich types that i tend to avoid back in hollywood, that think they are above most others. I'd rather be doing something actually worthwhile then preforming abunch of fake techniques for them" He stopped and scratched his head "Sorry if thats more then you wanted to hear"

~The woman smiled lightly.~ So you make fake Karate shows? ~She had that secretive smile to her. As if she knew something.~ Sounds... uhh fun... and I cant stand the stuck up rich type either. ~The secretive smile again.~ My names Ashtoya by the way.

Wei stared at her blanky "Names Wei. And I don't make fake karate shows, i make shows demostrating the strengths and weaknesss of various styles when matched up against each other. You know the fights you see in movies, I also make those"

~Ashtoya smiled again, turned about, and leaned on the railing.~ So it seems both of us are contracted to work on this hell. But it pays right? ~A blonde guy ran out looking around and spotted Ashtoya.~ "Hey Ash! Come on the next show is about to start!" ~Ashtoya sighed lightly and pushed off the rail. She put two fingers to her forehead and then saluted~ Ill catch you later. Maybe you will come to one of my shows. ~the guy yelled out again~ "Come on Ash!" ~She just rolled her eyes.~ Shut up Jared im coming! ~She grumbled a little and walked off to do another show.~

Wei smiled and shrugged "I'll stop by" he shouted out as he turned around and walked off. He had gotten hungry and he decided to walk off to grab a bite before stopping by the show.

Day -3

"FOR YOUR EYES ONLY. Agent, your equipment has been delivered to the room that was specified in your assignment previous of arrival. Upon your arrival you will check in under the name Aaron Durest. You will find further orders in a brief case that has been left for you at the information desk on board the ship. Good luck."

Day 1, 1700 hours.

"Ah sir, can I show you to your quarters?" The attendant looked a little nervously at the obviously weathy gentleman as he was handed the briefcase that had arroved three days earlier. The attendant frowned. "Shall I carry your, uhm, baggage?"

The young gentleman smiled, while running a hand through his blond hair as a sign of annoyance. "No." He said in a british accent, and not one of someone from an upper class family. "I can take it from here. What room am I in?" He asked, playing his role, already knowing the room he had been given.

"Uh, right." The porter turned and led Aaron off down a corridor lined with luxiourious velvet carpet, wallpaper, and wood panels. "This way, sir."

((You really need to post a bio. Remember, no guns at the start. I don't care the profession, but there will be no guns at the start. And also, no one try to make a part of the story on your own. I have the entire story line written down, and the RP won't work if it doesn't follow it.))

Jacob looked at the man and handed him the wallet. "Sorry about that, didn't want the brat taking all your money and the like." She grimaced and tried to squeeze his hand to make him let her go. "You're going to arrest this man for throwing my phone overboard! Do it now!" Jacob reared back and smacked him her across the face. "Calm down, and treat someone with respect for the first time in your life!" Angrily, Jacob let go of her and stomped off down the hall, not wanting anything more to do with her. He pulled out his cell phone and dialed the number quickly. The phone rang twice and a man's voice projected over the phone. "Hello? I am very busy here.." Jacob didn't give him a chance to speak. "Look, I don't care how much you are paying, I am NOT looking after your brat daughter anymore!" The man responded angrily. "If you want to live-" Jacob hung up and shut his phone down.

Wei walked into a small outlet for mc donalds that paid good money for the spot on such a fancy cruise liner. They were busy too, plenty of kids were making their parents get them some good mc donalds meals. He walked up and ordered a burger, he paid and waited breifly for it before walking out while eating. He looked around and began to walk towards where Ashtoya's band would be preforming.

Jacob breathed heavily and returned his hand to behind his head, their usual place. Almost starving, he had to find some food, so he stepped into the main hall, where and odd song was playing, and the band looked.. different. "Why the hell are their two of the same people in that band?" He wondered to himself as he took a seat, close to the stage, just wishing he could get a chance to play one of the guitars.
