I can see Juggernaut making it to and through #5 as long as he is truly trying to destroy his opponents. He seemed to have a better rapport with Cytorrak beginning in New Excalibur and carrying over to WWH😘-Men. I think Cytorrak will give his all the power he needs.
Beyond that I think he'd probably have to give over to Cytorrak's influence (as mentioned he'd avoided during the 8th day) to have the power to take down that particular Destroyer.
I don't know against an actual Celestial though.

War Hulk punked Juggernaut and so had Onslaught. WW Hulk easily held his own against Juggs and he wasn't anywhere near Thanos' level.
