Hulk has a ridiculous healing factor and never gets tired. Hulk is also very resistant to blunt impact and Cain only has his fists.
Hulk got tired in their first fight.

lets face it the TO said fight non-stop...it didn´t say dodge nor run...FIGHT NON-STOP...I see no way but death to thise guys, lets just think crazy here fo a moment....lets say the guys manage to hurt juggs beyond his amazing healing factor, and He is about to die..(yeah crazy talk.. 😆 ) after a very long year supes its about to fall he is tired and very very weak has´nt eat for a FULL YEAR and he finaly manage to pull a one last minute atack that was beyond juggs healing factor, he is happy as he sees juggs going down,BUT as juggs touches the grownd the ground start shaking and a DEEP voice says: WHO DARES??? GET UP 8TH DAY..!! SHOW THIS MORTAL THE EVIL POWER OF CYTTORAK....not a pretty picture huh?

No he took away his forcefield which was tied to his durability in that issue. Thor even said that the source of his invulnerability is his forcefield IIRC. Thor didn't try that again when he fought 8th Day Cain.

Well, we all pretty much agree guys like Superman, Gladiator could BFR Juggernaut, even Hulk does that.
I think what the TC was getting at is those could to trade blows non-stop (recieving damage as well as maintaining extremely high levels of exertion via endurance.) over the span of a year.
And I forgot about Lobo....good choice as well.
