Clearly you know nothing of Li or Norris....Heck I'd say that Segal in his prime takes Li. He is after all the highest ranking American Akido Black Belt in the world...

are you denses? Chuck Norris is an extremely accomplis fighter, hell he beat Joe Lewis for crises sake. what more do you need. Jet Li done nothing while Chuck Norris held the middle weight title for 6 years. Had roughly 183 wins, only 10 loses and two ties. Li never put up numbers closes to that. Not to mention Chuck Norris out weights Li and actaully has ground skills unlike Li. Hell if not mistaken Chuck Norris has creatd his own style of fighting through his combine knowledge of styles like judo, jujistu ect.
