I like Kyp Durron so much more than Caedus, but I think Caedus will win.

Based on what evidence we have to go on, Kyp would realistically curbstomp him in the Force battle. Jacen shows some interesting abilities but nothing of a truly extraordinary scale that would suggest he could challenge the top tier in a Force battle (no, Vader is not a top tier Force User).

Caedus is said too be "one of the most powerful sith lords of all time".

You don't have too be have exponential ability in the Force to be known as powerful.

You've misused 'exponential'. 'Exponential' means '[growth] relative to its size' and I don't believe that Caedus has ability in the Force relative to his size.
