I seem to recall Reed Richards mentioning that Strange could easily stop the Hulk but both of them felt so much guilt over what they did to begin with they wouldn't pull out the stops. Strange not holding back would easily dispatch WWH.

No. Hulk is really resistent to magic. Hulk isn't a normal brick. But still, Strange would probably mess with his soul, or something like that. Or bfr him in another dimension, why not?
