I'd also love to see the leaps in logic that would allow him to energy drain quasar's quantum bands THROUGH his shields...since that's pretty much what you'd have to do to speed drain wendell.
Hell, Quasar stole an entire star's worth of energy from the surfer when they fought. odds are heavily against flash being able to steal that kind of power without exploding from the effort.
