Robot arm vs. Old man arm. I noticed you didn't specify whether or not they could use the force. Still, regardless of how much more powerful Sidious is in the force, you'd have to think force+normal arm is weaker than force+mechanical arm.

basically, sidious wins, regardless of anakins physical skill or force skill. so you're right...
