No he is not, not in the context you are using it in.

Can Ken die? Sure.

Is Ken a normal human? No, normal humans cannot effortlessly dodge bullets or shoot fireballs.

Do not assume what context I am using 'mortal' in. A mortal is defined as something/someone which/who is liable to death, which Ken is. Even if lightning does not kill him, it will still weaken him, enough for Raiden to kill him if he desires.

Ultimately, Ken is a human being, however gifted. All humans are considered mortals.

street fighters are more stronger than mortal kombatants..

Raiden will win. Ken has no chance.

Raiden is one of the few MK fighters that can take out a higher tier SF character. He did pretty good fighting two sorcerers at once. He also knows all of earth's fighting styles. With that and his thunder god status, he beats Ken.
