No, that was a 'threat', not an official warning through KMC channels. He cautioned us about (did that work syntactically?) continuing, and later he said 'I told you so'.

Technically, he could be a visitor from another dimension interfacing with ours, and could psychokinetically strangle people here by calling on the all-pervasive energy field of his own dimension, which would be in contact with ours via the tear in space-time created by his arrival and maintained consciously by his presence.

Or it could just be repeated demands to
