You can use logic sometimes. But of course lots of people will be like well no don't do that b/c it's a comic. the thing is the writers often use logic. They just randomly sometimes like to defy that logic with insane crap. But science for the most part no. People can't physically punch through dimensional walls, a person can't fly 3x the speed of light, and so on and so forth.
There are real beings in existence powerful as those portrayed in comics and God is an absolute. Humans are bound to physical laws known to us, but more powerful beings as demigods are above those laws.
Living Tribunal is similar and seems to be portrayed after real being, demigod Lord Brahma, the most powerful demigod after Shiva, who appears to have limitless reality manipulation, alteration.

logic is a universal concept, imo, so i really don't think that comic logic and real world logic are really correct terms.
as far as physics goes, unless it's been stated in the comic as being different, physics are as they are in the real world.
