Any ways, If you can see and move and respond to a speed blitz, you can also speed blitz. He did get away from them because he is scared, but he needed the Sun. In addition, he did this while depowered.

He isn't scared from all the Flash's around, he is scared from Barry, and Speed Force.

No, he did this during infinite crisis. he wasn't depowered for that.

He is fearful of flashes. Regardless, none of this matters as speed cannot be used in a slugfest.

Prime used inertia/flight speed to save his hide from getting blitzed by the flashed. There was 0 indication of blitzing ability versus Jay and crew.

If Prime could have blitzed them, it is 150% in his character to do so. He especially would have considering how much he "hates speedsters".

Posessing a flight speed advantage(which he used to run away from the fight), in no means equates to an ability to speed blitz anyone.

he didnt avoid squat. he ran like a puss. If Prime (who actually stated his dislike for speedsters on panel) could've blitzed them. He certainly would have.

Instead he resorted to utilizing flight speed to escape. In those panels, the Flashes were moving so fast that they were blurred, while Prime looked like nothing more than an off balance statue getting pummeled. in fact they makes jokes about how easy it is to get hits on Prime ("I can't believe you are this dumb"😉

Again, using flight speed to escape characters that can't fly does not equal speedblitzing ability.
