Only if CIS is on does Jack even know Superman moved before he gets put down like a rabid dog. If it is, then Superman might get shocked that the blade can hurt him, but he'd get serious and either superspeed disarm him(maybe even by taking off Jack's arm) or freezes Jack over.

Anyway, Jack rocks these guys.
