That's rough, but Ravenloft is a great campaign setting.
I have several Van Richten guidebooks.
There are several mods for Neverwinter Nights based on Ravenloft, one of the better ones that takes your character into epic levels later on....I was in Strahd's Castle looking around and all of a sudden some frickin mist starts filling the area and out pops this f*cker. Demands I go do some quests for him, I try to attack....it did not end well.
