I posted a couple days ago about my cousin getting his first tattoo.

Well he got it today. His dad is the artist. The tattoo a memorial to his sister who died at age 2 many years ago.

His dad, the girls father, put the wrong death date in the tattoo and they didn't catch it until the tatt was done.

My cousin is devastated beyond belief. My uncle believes he can fix it, but how the **** did he mess it up in the first place?
