What in the utter f*ck? In a town in France there is a serial killer, but he doesn't kill people, but cats. Within a month 200 cats have been poisoned by this person.

They need to hunt this shithead down.

I don't really like cats, but that's messed up.

Some were strays, but not all of them were. Apparently he has murdered a few squirrels as well.

gotta watch out, that's usually a stepping stone to killing people or so I have heard from those serial killer shows.

Indeed, and I would suggest they find this person ASAP. The things he is doing sound like they could potentially lead this person to begin killing people as well.

The question is...if tomorrow he suddenly was captured, what should be his punishment?

I mean poisoning is such a cowardly way to kill, at least have the decency to look the cat in the eye before you kill it
