We have mutual friends and last time we spoke I was drunk and was all "it's fine let's be friends again"

so I can't just avoid them really cause other ppl will be like "well I seen her on social media and at pub m8"

I would just the mutual friends know that I just don't need that stuff in my life and until said person changes, I will avoid them. Honesty stings, but sometimes it has to be done.
