I keep watching videos on youtube of chiropractors cracking peoples backs. Also vids of them doing spinal decompressions. I can never fully get that because some of the discs on my spine are fused together 🙁

well i go less regularly now like once a month for a routine maintenance kind of thing

still not doing any kind of backflips or any kind of extreme sports but i can goddamn do some light running and some bike riding again so thats good
