I drove through one of the neighborhoods that got flooded really bad this morning. Their lawns were all covered with stuff from their homes. It was really sad to see their homes/lives out by the road to be picked up for disposal.

TBF, I love a good spicey Italian sausage. They have to be BBQ/grilled though, none of this pan or oven cooking shit; that's forthe plebs. Grill em up, slice them down the middle, place inside a quality sourdough roll, add some home-made chimichurri (green and chopped not food processor) and that's a proper meal.
