It's 12 so I should go make food but now my dads getting up so I kinda don't wanna cause it's awkward cause I don't wanna stay downstairs so I'm like "ok I got food and now I'm going back upstairs away from you" and I just like to avoid awkward things

Just tell him that you're walking straight out of that door and never coming back if he doesn't bring you food and a brew in bed
