That kind of meat definitely is good but multivits are always best to take just in case, haven't tried the gummy ones but they sound good

We can have both, I see a world where one day multivitamins and herbal supplements will fuse together and everyone will be healthier

i did a liver detox with milk thistle and turmeric for a few months and i feel great

also i think people have become too reliant on multivitamins. it's way better to get your nutrients though actual food.

True enough, but in this hectic society it can be difficult to fulfil your daily vitamin needs through the required variety of foods and meals
