I know you want me to say 'cus Islam', and obviously given recent events the chance of this being an Islamic terror attack is quite high, but I think that anyone committing this kind of a crime has serious mental issues

People always blast news channels for describing white perpetrators as having 'mental issues' and stuff but really I think it should be highlighted that anyone doing something this wanton and cruel in the country they live in must be unhinged.
