It's not "inclusive". This is what they said. But since you said you'd need to know the reasons, can you perhaps give me an example of what a valid reason would be? Thanks in advance.

Easy, a terrorist threat would be a good reason in cancelling a school activity as an example. Did you need anymore help?

But hey just for fun, one schools reason:

'In a message to parents the school principal says, “…the costume parade is out of our ordinary routine and can be difficult for many students. Also, the parade is not inclusive of all the students and it is our goal each and every day to ensure all student’s individual differences are respected.”

That's one school. Here is another who decided to make it "hat day" instead, and Rob tell me in advance how you feel they'd react if a kid showed up with a MAGA hat?

The hat school:

"To maximize that fun and time of fall fest, we are going to ask families to not send costumes this year. We want to be inclusive of all families including those families who don't celebrate Halloween or find purchasing a costume a hardship. Also, there have been behavior and time management concerns related changing into and out of costumes."
