I enjoy the original, but I'm meh on it. I ended up playing the PC game as a kid before I ever saw the movie.

It's a Ridley Scott film so naturally the pacing will be slow, but as a film, it's one I would rate highly.

I haven't seen Tron, but I assume it's on the same level of quality.

Was everyone in the 80s scared of technology?

I enjoyed that Tron cartoon with Elijah Wood more than the movie. Oh and the part in Kingdom Hearts 2 where you go into the Tron level.

eh, i never went gaga over tron either.

I guess Tron was not so good then.
