Aside from this illness I feel a lot healthier day-to-day since I started eating occasional meat. Less tired and less frail. Fish is really, really good for you, for example

But if you have the money and time for good non-meat food then being a veggie or vegan and not losing any health benefits is pretty easy. I actually eat vegan most days because my mum's a vegan, and she eats really well and is the kind of person who can tell you where all she gets each type of vitamin from food n stuff

Unless you exclusively buy organic veg then you get loads of chemical crap even just from carrots and tomatoes
