Tibet is totally a country, they have their own language and culture

It was never a country. Basque, Catalan, Manchuria, Scotland, these were countries. Tibet was not.

I stand by my position. Tibet was never a country.

Tibet's also a lot bigger than Scotland, Catalonia and the Basque Country, combined. Granted it is mostly mountains but still

There was a Tibetan Empire so I mean I'd say it definitely is a country

They also had a functioning government until 1959
