If someone does not like their behavior being pointed out the simplest fix is to not behave that way. If a person lacks the intellectual capacity to do so, I'd want that acknowledged too.

Jake2 did eventually get banned. He kept saying he'd kill people or himself. Pretty crazy case, he said he had bad aspergers and kept going on about 4chan and stuff. Kept trying to stop making death threats but then just relapsed again real quick. To be fair, death threats are bad, but no mods seemed to try to stop him being bullied by other comics section posters for being autistic, despite most members of that subforum being among the most autistic people on earth.
