The system I meant is that we have a system for vets here and it just is very bad and very backed up.

EDIT: If you meant the system some people here want, it's single payer.

I don't know much about welfare system for vets, I got out after fighting my sergeant so I doubt I would qualify

I remember having some magazine type thing that dealt with people transitioning from army to civilian life but it's all done through the army
