we did drills of these today, its pretty dangerous despite how smooth and fast it is because if you don't grab the guy by the waist or slip you land on your neck
so we started off with just stepping up on the middle turnbuckle 5 times - no hands!
then we were running from outside, jumping and rolling through the first and second ropes then bandera jump over top rope by the turnbuckle. then roll through ropes again but 3/4 roll it then hit the ropes then roll and do that 5 times
then we did bumps, normal one coming in the ring, big bump then we bumped off the second rope, this hurt.
then we were doing sunset flips, i need to get a higher jump honestly i think its because i'm overweight people expect little ol' me to be able to jump high but naw i can't do it ok leave me alone just deal with it.
then we were doing crucifix pins. then we ended by doing crucifix into a sunset flip. it was all pretty cool and i didn't kill no one so theres that
